I am a Registered Plumas County
Process Server who travels around the greater Plumas County area. I
am available for rush jobs as needed. For an extra fee I can file
documents before serving but that is offered only on a case by case
basis.

Within the town of Quincy,
Greenville, Crescent Mills, Keddie and Meadow Valley I will travel
to a business or private residence to perform notarizations. This
does NOT include the execution of loan documents. Please see below
for loan docs. For simple notarizations my trip fee is $25.00 and
the state mandated fee of $10.00 per signature.

I am trained and background screened
to efficiently execute loan document packages. My fee for this
service varies contingent upon how large the package is, the nature
of the documents (Refi, Sale, HELOC, etc.,), and travel time to
provide this service. Please contact me for details.

Identification
Requirements: What to Bring?
Proper identification is
required for ANY/ALL notary service requiring
verification of signature. California recognizes the
following types of identification as valid if issued by the
state within the last 5 years:

California Driver
License;
-
ID Card: Senior
Identification Card, Under 18 Identification Card,
California Identification Card; or
-
A US passport
The following types of
identification are acceptable if they are current and have
been issued within the last 5 years:

Driver license or ID
card issued by another state;

Mexican or Canadian
driver license issued by an authorized agency;

US Military
identification card; or
-
Foreign passport if
stamped by the Immigration and naturalization service.
All identification
cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature
and serial number.
What do
I NOT notarize?

Incomplete documents
-
Copies of Birth, Death
or Marriage records. (We are allowed to notarize
Affidavit of Birth, Marriage, Death. Doing so does not
make them certified.)
